A reminder to all participants of 2018 China International Pulp Week Forum

 

According to the Chinese antitrust law and anti-competitive rules, the Forum wants to remind all participants that during any presentation, discussion and Q&A sessions, the following sensitive antitrust or anti-competitive information shall not be revealed among competitors:  

1. No discussion on product prices or price-fixing and no exchange of information on product prices and pricing plans;

2. No discussion on capacity utilization or production plans and no exchange of production schedules;

3. No discussion on market division and customer allocation;

4. No discussion on raw materials sourcing markets or suppliers;

5. No discussion on how to restrict the procurement of new technology/new equipment or how to restrict the development of new technology/new equipment; and

6. No agreement among competitors to use group boycott in sales or procurements.
